It's so hard to find contractors that do what they say they'll do and do it in a timely way, but these folks are exactly that. We did a bunch of work to our 15 year-old beach house, the biggest part of it being all 5 bathrooms gutted and redone. The end product was absolutely beautiful! I'm not saying that there weren't a couple surprises along the way that caused a few delays (there always are in renovations), but the project was wrapped up by the time they estimated from the start and every concern was ironed out creatively AND economically. “We chose Blue Green over 2 other builders, when we decided to move forward with a demolition and new construction of our beach house. We had vague ideas on some styles and details, bit no real floor plans in place. Peter and Bruce coached is through the floor planning and home design process, and layout on our lot. We left many design details up to them as we had little experience in new construction. The results are excellent and meet or exceed all of our wishes. In cases where I had special requirements, these were met. Any compromises were dealt with fairly, and equitably. They communicated well, and the fit and finish are excellent.
